THE ITINERARY
April 9-13, 2025
Day 1: Arrival
Upon your arrival in St Lucia, your private transfer will take you to the resort. Get settled in then join us for a Meet and Greet mixer. Later on, enjoy a fabulous welcome dinner with your fellow travel companions.
Day 2: Day of Adventure - Tet Paul Nature Trail, Iconic Pitons, Sulphur Springs Mud Baths & Toraille Waterfall
Let explore St. Lucia. Today you will take a guided nature hike on the Tet Paul Nature Trail for a stunning view of the iconic Pitons. Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing Sulphur Springs Mud Bath. These natural mud baths are not only fun but also believed to have therapeutic properties for your skin. Next, you will visit the beautiful Toraille Waterfall. Take in the natural beauty, have a swim and perhaps even stand beneath the falls for a natural massage. Later, dinner will be at a local restaurant serving authentic St Lucian cuisine.
Day 3: Introspection, Goal Setting Workshop & Sunset Catamaran Tour
Start the day off with relaxing yoga stretch session and a delicious breakfast. Next, delve into our dynamic workshop focused on exploring your true self, conducting life audits and setting meaningful goals. Through guided exercises and reflective discussions, you will develop actionable plans to create the life you desire. Later in the evening, enjoy a sunset dinner catamaran tour. You will board a luxurious catamaran and set sail along the island's coastline. Indulge in a delicious dinner, as you soak in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and St Lucia.
Day 4: Self Care in Action Workshop, Farewell Dinner party & Self Love Ceremony
Enjoy a delightful breakfast, then step into our self-care sanctuary for a day of nurturing and renewal. Immerse yourself in our self-care workshop, where you will learn practical self care techniques, and also indulge in relaxing pampering sessions. The workshop is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. In the evening, join us for an All-White Farewell Dinner party, featuring sumptuous tropical fares, exotic delicacies, and lively music. Participate in a heartfelt Self Love Ceremony, celebrating your worthiness, and embracing self-compassion in a supportive community.
Day 5: Departure
You did it! Bid farewell to St Lucia with a sense of renewed inspiration, inner peace, and empowering self-care practices to integrate into your daily life. You will depart feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace the world with renewed vitality and purpose. A private transfer will take you to the airport for your departure.
