THE ITINERARY
OCTOBER 5 - 11, 2025
Day 1: Arrival and Evening Introduction to Tokyo
Upon your arrival at the Airport, a private transfer will take you to the hotel. You settle in and refresh, then join your fellow travel companions in the evening. You experience the energy of Shibuya Crossing, one of the busiest intersections in the world, and Shinjuku. Enjoy a delicious Welcome Dinner, then continue to explore the lively streets and neon-lit alleys.
Day 2: Asakusa and Traditional Experiences
Start your day with a delicious breakfast, then a rickshaw tour through the historic streets of Asakusa, and a visit to the iconic Senso-ji Temple. In the afternoon, enjoy a serene Japanese tea ceremony and dress in a beautiful kimono for photos around the area.
Day 3: Harajuku and Modern Tokyo
Visit the peaceful Meiji Shrine in the morning, then dive into the colorful energy of Harajuku’s Takeshita Street. In the afternoon, marvel at the immersive digital art displays at TeamLab.
Day 4: Tokyo City Tour by Land and Water
Explore Tokyo’s highlights on a walking tour, visiting landmarks like the Imperial Palace or Tokyo Tower. In the afternoon, switch gears with a scenic boat ride along the Sumida River or Tokyo Bay, offering stunning views of the city from the water.
Day 5: FREE Day
Enjoy a leisurely day at your own pace. You can use this day to explore the city further. Perhaps take a cooking class, get some souvenirs, or relax at an onsen or Japanese hot spring. You may choose to get a taste of Tokyo’s nightlife at Omoide Yokocho, soaking in the city’s Izakaya culture, or at a cozy local spot.
Day 6: Samurai History and Shinjuku Exploration
Discover the world of samurai at the Samurai Museum, featuring exhibits of armor and swords. Spend the afternoon in Shinjuku, visiting its tranquil gardens or bustling entertainment hubs. Later, join your fellow travel companions for an All White Farewell Dinner, while taking in the dazzling Tokyo skyline.
Day 7: Departure
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and soak in your last moments in Tokyo. A private transfer will take you to the airport for your departure.

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore strongly recommended. - Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates.
- Final Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days in advance to plan your free time and any extra excursions.
- Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $400 to secure spot.
- We do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Travel Terms & Conditions before reservation is accepted.
- To keep your reservations current, a monthly minimum payment of $400 is required on the first of every month until paid in full.
- Final payment are due 90 days before the trip date.
- A penalty of $250 will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found in your invoice.
- All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Shields Era Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
- No vaccines are required for this tour. But we strongly encourage you to visit your physician and alert him/her of your travel plans. Please follow your physician’s recommendation.

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our complete Travel Terms & Conditions.
• Shields Era Travel is a division of Shields Era, LLC, and all payments to Shields Era, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Shields Era, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
• Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
• Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medial Express, and more. • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.
• Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
• All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your invoice.
